Anne-Sophie Granjon is a Parisian photographer. Her photos relate her many travels around the world, New York, Shanghai, Tokyo, Paris, through India and Africa.
What fascinates her is the magic of the image, the memory of the moment, in an urban environment or in nature. She trusts in luck. Always in search of slow and silent images (no matter how noisy and restless the original motif may be). A skyscraper, a tree, a character, everything that passes through the elegant and melancholy gaze of the artist, becomes a eulogy to beauty and nostalgia. Her photographs could be somewhere between mirage and reality.

Anne-Sophie Granjon est une photographe Parisienne. Ses photos relatent ses nombreux voyages à travers le monde, New-York, Shanghaï, Tokyo, Paris, en passant par l’Inde et l’Afrique.
Ce qui la fascine, c’est la magie de l’image, la mémoire de l’instant, en milieu urbain ou dans la nature. Elle fait confiance au hasard. Toujours à la recherche des images lentes et silencieuses (aussi bruyant et agité le motif d’origine soit-il). Un gratte-ciel, un arbre, un personnage, tout ce qui passe par le regard élégant et mélancolique de l’artiste, devient éloge à la beauté et à la nostalgie. Ses photographies pourraient se situer quelque part entre mirage et réalité.
